ROSWALL APPLIES TO NOVA SCOTIA UTILITY AND REVIEW BOARD FOR RETAIL SUPPLIER LICENCE

On October 7, 2021, Roswall Development Inc., via a wholly owned subsidiary, submitted an application for a Retail Supplier Licence to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB).

The license will allow Roswall to provide electricity directly to consumers using Nova Scotia Powers’ infrastructure; the application is the result of much effort over the past 18 months, and there is still work to be done. Roswall will speak further publicly on this matter once the UARB application process is complete.

We look forward to continuing to work with stakeholders in Queens County regarding the wind farm associated with this project. We have filed for a development agreement to the Region of Queens Municipality and will hold a public meeting in Queens County in the coming weeks.
